Guerrilla Adventure Workouts
What the heck is a “Guerrilla Adventure Workout?” — A Guerrilla Adventure Workout is a unique, unconventional workout experience. While the main objective of these workouts is to, work out and get your sweat on, we also focus on fun! Examples of GAW’s are: Run With The Bus, we actually raced a local city bus up and over a hill. We’ve competed in Scavenger Hunts with a fitness center in Seattle and when the weather gets nice, to celebrate Halloween we put on the Run Sweat & Fear 5K.
Interested in a lot of personal attention? One-on-One sessions are tailored to your personal goals, needs, interests, schedule and location. One-on-One coaching is a good choice for those with event goals or people who are looking for day-to-day interaction with a trainer.
To start, you and I will meet and come up with a plan based on you and only you. My fee is competitive yet fluid as is based on the details of your personal needs and location as we will workout at a venue convenient for you.
Buddy workouts are designed for people who are too busy to plan a regular day and time to workout each week. A Buddy Workout is essentially a “class” format but the only people in the class are you and a buddy or two. The time and day of the workout can be flexible depending the schedule of you/your buddy. The rate for you & your buddy is $100 per session or 10 sessions for $900 paid in advance. No matter which workout you choose, know this…
Our motto: If it ain’t fun, why do it?
Our mission: Mental health and fitness through Physical Funness.
We think: The best way to get your sweat on is by having fun and enjoying our amazing city.
We say: Go to a stinky gym and run for miles to nowhere on the treadmill if you want, but you won’t get to see wild-life (human and otherwise), jump in puddles or dodge wild parrot poop!
We strive to: Make each and every day/workout an amazing story.
