Earlier this week an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported that there has been a shift in the commonly known zodiac signs. Since that time the message has gone viral and people are freaking out.

Here’s the gist of what was said – The earth’s wobble has created an alteration in the star alignment causing a shift in the zodiac by a month and an additional sign has been added to the zodiac. Meaning, if you were a scorpio you have just been demoted to Libra as the dates have changed. The 13 sign of the zodiac is called Ophichus.

I refuse to go into all the details here but I’ve looked into the matter. It’s a bit confusing but the reality is, when the ancient Babylonians came up with the zodiac to forecast a child’s future based on the position of the sun when that child was born, the earth wobbled them too. They knew about it and took it into consideration including the potential need for a 13th sign.

The bottom line is, current changes in alignments do not have bearing on those of us already born. No matter when you were born you will always be controlled by the sign relative to the alignments on that very day. Google it if you want. There’s a lot out there to read but all you need to know is that you’re locked into the sign that you were born with. If you’re worried, check to see where things were in the sky at the exact time, date and location you were born, but I wouldn’t waste any more time on it than that.

At any rate, whatever your sign, you still need a minimum of 30 grams of fiber a day. Here’s a recommendation from my friend Mo. Mo says it’ll clean out all possible planetary congestion.

Bob’s 5-Grain Rolled Cereal. Bob’s 5-grain is made from rolled whole wheat, rye, oats, flaxseed, barley, and triticale. It’s just like oatmeal, only better. Make your favorite oatmeal cookie recipe using this 5-Grain Cereal for a delectable treat.

A 1/3 cup serving contains 5 grams of fiber. Add some dried fruit or nuts for added action. Try a ¼ cup of the following:

  • Figs = 5 grams of fiber
  • Almonds = 4 grams of fiber
  • Walnuts = 2 grams of fiber
  • Raisins = 2 grams of fiber
