Stair Climbing Workouts
9:00 – 10:00 am
These workouts include core and stretching exercises as well as interval stair climbing. Participants are encouraged to climb at their own pace but will be urged to push themselves. Walkers as well as runners are welcome. Note: Each Saturday we’ll climb a different set of stairs visiting all parts of San Francisco. The drop in rate is $25 payable in cash or via PayPal. Trail Running 101

These runs are designed as an introduction to trail running. Pace, mileage and route will be determined once I know who will be attending. This is a group run and nobody will be left behind! There will be options for those of you who require an extra challenge. All runners should plan to be on the trail for an hour plus.

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY
Soft Core Circuit Training Workout
4:00 – 5:00 pm
Soft Core Circuit Training is a workout tailored to those wishing to participate in an exercise program yet are not comfortable committing to an intense “boot camp” style class or hyper challenging training regiment.
During these workouts you can expect to run, jump and crawl occasionally while you explore the city and perform various body toning and agility exercises. Motion Starved classes strive to offer a challenging yet non-intimidating outdoor workout environment for everyone!
These workouts take place every Monday and Wednesday, rain or shine. A package is $25 per class, paid in advance monthly and is non-refundable or transferable. If interested in signing up, please email me to sign up before paying!

Guerrilla Adventure Workouts
What the heck is a “Guerrilla Adventure Workout”?
A Guerrilla Adventure Workout is a unique, unconventional workout experience. While the main objective of these workouts is to work out and get your sweat on, we also focus on fun! Examples of GAW’s are: Run With The Bus, where we actually raced a local city bus up and over a hill. We’ve competed in Scavenger Hunts with a fitness center in Seattle. And when the weather gets nice, to celebrate Halloween we put on the Run Sweat & Fear 5K.
The next Run With The Bus event will take place in mid July 2015. Stay tuned for deets!
